Experimental Research on the Mechanical Properties of Recycled Aggregate Particle Gradation and Addition on Modified Cement Soil

In order to study the effects of recycled aggregate with different particle gradations and contents on mechanical properties cement soil modified by nano-MgO, unconfined compressive strength scanning electron microscope (SEM) tests were carried out. The content was fixed at 15% nano-MgO 1.5%. two ages, three contents, considered. test results show that natural graded (RA), coarse (SRA), fine (TRA) reached maximum when 20%, SRA higher than TRA RA. residual RA samples first increased then decreased increase in content, gradually content. variation law peak strain consistent, brittle failure degree highly consistent strength. When RA, SRA, deformation resistance stiffness best. addition, showed best resistance, followed and, finally, samples. smaller porosity sample, tighter sample structure stronger bearing capacity SRA. WPRA represented an exponentially negative power function porosity.
